Our Story?

In 2003, George Ntim, native son of Ghana, had a vision for creating a world-class non-    profit organization dedicated to youth sports. The African Development Foundation     (ADF), an international non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, was created to garner goodwill and strengthen relationships between the U.S. and Africa through youth oriented initiatives that include health, education, and sports.

Since its inception, the organization has worked tirelessly to demonstrate the value of sports, education, health and fitness through an international partnership between the U.S. and Africa, both playing key roles in growing the sport of baseball for tomorrow’s youths.

Mr. Ntim has led Goodwill Tours to his native country, arranging receptions and forums with political and leaders of influence from both nations. The African Development Foundation hosts annual dinners, receptions and press conferences to bring awareness to their cause, which quite simply, is creating a field of dreams for the next generation of youth.
