About Us

Who we are?

The African Development Foundation (ADF) was created in 2003 as an international non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization to strengthen relationships and foster goodwill between the United States and Africa through youth-oriented initiatives.

Our outreach includes providing African youths with academic and IT skills, health-related resources, and recreational outlets to promote public health, exercise, sportsmanship, and social good.

In this information age of rapidly developing technology and health concerns, it is imperative to better prepare Africa’s youth to participate and succeed in today’s 21st-century world of global competitiveness and productivity.

The ADF is therefore committed to working with our strategic partners, corporate sponsors, and concerned individuals to offer programs, resources, and opportunities that might otherwise be absent in the lives of African youth who are eager to learn and deserve the pleasures of recreation. Our growing initiatives include:

  • Computer Training, Coding, Engineering, Programming, Network Administration, Web Development and Technical Support
  • Sports Initiatives, Constructing Sports Fields & Arenas, and Donating Equipment
  • Public Health and Awareness Campaigns, and Donating Medical Supplies
