Mission

What we do?

The African Development Foundation’s strategic initiatives include providing African youths with academic and IT skills, health-related resources, and recreational outlets to promote public health, exercise, sportsmanship, while doing social good.

Computer Training

Our Computer Learning Centers provide free access to train youth in computer skills, coding, engineering, programming, web development and network administration, preparing them to succeed in the 21st century workplace. Classes are designed to improve academic proficiency and to develop employable skills. Our training model inspires education in a fun and easy-to-learn environment that prepares Africa’s youth.

Sport Initiatives

In conjunction with professional athletes, sports leagues & associations, and sports companies, we donate recreational supplies and equipment; organize sports clinics. ADF currently has a Little League and Major League Baseball Field Complex under construction on the campus of the University of Ghana, Legon.

Public Health

ADF Learning Centers disseminate information and organize programs to help influence informed choices that will improve the quality of life of Africans through resources that address the intersection of physical, psychological, and social well-being. In partnership with local government agencies and private organization, our campaigns inform, educate, and counsel students and adults in a responsible and effective way, respecting privacy rights and native traditions and customs.
